Mitch was wonderful. He took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. He left the area as clean or cleaner than when he came and he set the system up in a neat and accessible manner. Mitch & Bruno came for my yearly checkup & I was told I needed a new softener as mine was not working any more. I was so glad that within a few days they were back to install the new water softener. They do an awesome job.. explaining, answering questions & work cleaned up as they were never here!

Dallas and Justin are amazing! I am delighted with the service. They are prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

Have always appreciated the work that Mort’s does but Cory and Eric really did a great job today. Not always easy to work in a 100 year old house with crawl space that is sized for a kid but they got it done. Mort’s installed reverse osmosis line for us over 20 years ago and it was time to replace. Got improvement of not just getting new system but putting it in the basement. Love the additional space now in my cabinet.

We bought our house 3 years ago, and it came with a Kinetico water softener system that hadn't been turned on in at least 10 years. Called Mort's to have them look it over and get it running for us, and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided. Not only did they get it running, but they also gave us verbal instructions for how to use the thing (since we've never had one before and had no clue how to even turn it on). They also tested our water multiple times to get a base reading beforehand and to make sure it was doing its job after they serviced it. We went from 24 grains of hardness to ZERO grains by the time they left, and it took them about an hour to get it done. A+++ service.
Both technicians (Mitch and Eric) were polite and professional, and they were clearly very knowledgeable about our system despite the fact that it's 20 years old at this point. We have never called Mort's to our house since we moved in, but they still knew exactly which system we had, when it was installed by previous owners, and when/how it was serviced last. Highly recommend!

This was our first experience in using the services of Mort‘s Water Co. I really appreciated the fact that their technician, Mitch, explained the issues to me while showing me the problems with our water softener. Mitch was very respectful of our home and pets and very pleasant to work with as well. I feel confident in recommending Mort‘s.

Mort's is great! I have softener, iron filtration, and drinking water all through Mort's and those systems all work great!
Mort's is great about fixing any issues (which are limited to begin with, usually operator error;) and always get out sooner than I expect!
The receptionist I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable (thanks Erika!) and the service is fantastic.
Mitch, the technician I've had out twice now is excellent! Mitch knows all he needs to know and much more. On top of that Mitch has a great personality! Wanna be friends Mitch? 😉

Mort’s did a full softener and iron control system install at my acreage (well water). Mitch and Bruno were on time, efficient, did great work and left the job site cleaner than it was when they arrived! They were able to get me set up with an annual maintenance visit schedule as well, all before they left my property.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING!!!
We had a well pump issue on a Sunday night the end of May. Called Monday morning and MORT’S was at our door within an hour. All fixed and running.
Fast forward to now having septic issues in July. Knew we needed to replace so called and they sent Brandon out to quote a new septic. The price was significantly lower than a competitor quote from 2024!!! Team of 3 came mid August to replace it. The 3 of them worked all day and didn’t leave until the job was COMPLETED!!
We decided to replace our inside water systems in September. Again, within 2 weeks of getting our quote a tech was at my door to remove and install water softener, iron curtain and whole house arsenic filter.
EVERY TIME someone showed up to help they competed the job AND CLEANED UP after themselves!!
Throughout this entire process from May until even today, EVERY SINGLE PERSON that has come to my house for ANYTHING have been PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, CALM AND UNDERSTANDING!! We had a lot of questions and concerns and EVERY SINGLE ONE was answered with care!! I can’t say enough good about the customer service we have received and CONTINUE to receive. Kelly has been taking care of testing to make sure everything is running as it should and I truly at this point have ZERO WORRIES or CONCERNS with anything as I know thy are watching it ALL for us!!!

We just had a new water softner, iron filter, and a RO system installed. I dealt with Kelly Gute and Cody Gillespie. They were both fantastic. The install is neat, clean and very professional looking. Cody is great at answering my questions and he is meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work. They have a new customer for life. Morts replaced a sewer line for us recently. To say we were happy with their service is an understatement. It’s clear that Morts has the knowledge and experience to do what they do. Our sewer line had a couple challenges in replacing it and they always knew exactly what to do AND they communicated the issues and explained the solutions in a way I understood. It is a vulnerable position to be in having something done to your home that you know nothing about, but we trusted Morts every step of the way. We will absolutely be repeat customers!
